We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We also ship across all states of the United States of America.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or in the event of special promotions. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30. For orders under £30, the following shipping charges apply:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): £2.99 (*rates may vary during the year and accurate rates will be provided at checkout)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £5.99 (*rates may vary during the year and accurate rates will be provided at checkout)
- International Shipping rates may vary and will be confirmed at checkout. (US £10.99 for standard delivery)
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (subject to availability and delivery address)
- International Shipping: 2-11 business days (Standard delivery)

Order Tracking

Missed Deliveries

Packaging
We take great care in packaging your jewellery securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All orders are packaged in a beautiful, branded Inaya Boutique box, ready for gifting or personal enjoyment.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship items in a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
Customs and Import Duties
There are no customs or import duties for UK orders. However, if you are purchasing from outside the UK in the future, please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees and taxes.
